Shipping policy

At Speedy Staples, we want your renewed computer to reach you quickly and safely.

 

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Every system is tested before it ships. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

 

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order value and package weight. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. For orders under $50, Economy shipping is $4.90 for packages up to 5 lb and $19.90 for packages between 5 and 70 lb. Standard shipping is $6.90 for packages up to 1 lb and $9.90 for packages between 1 and 5 lb. The options available for your address, and their exact cost, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Delivery time. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. Economy delivery may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Where we ship. We ship within the United States. The shipping options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout.

 

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

 

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@speedystaples.com and we'll help.

 

Damaged or lost shipments. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
