Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Condition. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Products showing physical damage, missing parts, or signs of misuse may be refused.

How to start a return. Email support@speedystaples.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and a shipping address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item is defective, damaged on arrival (DOA), or the wrong item was shipped, we cover return shipping at no cost to you.

Restocking fee. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges & replacements. If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

Warranty. All renewed computers include a 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects.
